Freddie Louis Calhoun III
I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. Known by the alias Calhoun, I am an artist, producer, audio engineer, cinematographer, video editor, photographer, and entrepreneur. I am the owner of Calhoun Worldwide LLC, a multi-faceted parent company specializing in music production, photography, modeling and talent representation, and film production.
I graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Memphis, Tennessee. I later attended and graduated from SAE Institute in Nashville, Tennessee, where I earned the distinction of salutatorian. I also graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree in Mass Communication, concentrating in TV and Film Production.
I am currently continuing my education at Tennessee State University, pursuing a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Educational Technology.
My Story
My passion for becoming a creator came when i was very young. I started recording, producing, an filming my own music and music videos when i was in high school. I performed at talent shows and pageants around this time also. As i got older i realized that i was naturally gifted with these talents and had to figure out a way to put them to use. I eventually came up with the idea of a production company that would specialize in producing music and film.
