Service Description
Full non-refundable deposit is due when you book. Includes up to 2 hours shooting time. A professionally produced music video filmed at one designated location, designed to bring your sound and vision to life. This service focuses on intentional cinematography, creative direction, and clean editing to deliver a visually compelling video optimized for digital platforms and promotion. What’s Included: - Filming at one verified location - Pre-production planning & creative consultation - One creative concept - Professional on-set direction - Cinematic camera movement and intentional composition - Performance-focused visuals with optional storytelling elements - Standard video edit including: Clean cuts Smooth transitions Visual pacing synced to the music Color correction - Music video trailer optimized for Instagram Reels & story posts - Optional slow-motion effects where appropriate - High-resolution digital delivery (MP4, optimized for web and social platforms) - One complimentary revision Editing Options - Standard edit is included (clean cuts, transitions, and color correction) - Creative edits (advanced effects, overlays, composites, stylized visuals, special effects, or experimental concepts) Start at $100 per edit, with final pricing based on the complexity of the client’s creative request Important Notes: - Location must be verified and approved prior to booking - Travel fees may apply outside the local service area - Pricing applies to all bookings within Nashville, TN. For locations outside of Nashville, travel fees will apply in addition to the base service price. Bookings within 1 to 1.5 hours of Nashville will incur a $65 travel fee; bookings 2 to 4 hours from Nashville will incur a $130 travel fee; and bookings exceeding 4 hours from Nashville will incur a $300 travel fee. All travel fees are added to the original service price and are not included in the base booking rate.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking with Calhoun Worldwide LLC and its affiliated brands, including Calhoun Productions, Life With Calhoun, More Life, Less Noise, and Calhoun Apparel Co. No date or time is reserved until the deposit is received and confirmed in writing. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the scheduled booking date. Failure to remit payment by this deadline may result in cancellation at the Company’s discretion, with all payments forfeited. Services will not be rendered unless the balance is paid in full. Client cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the booking or on the scheduled service date result in forfeiture of the deposit, which will not transfer to a future booking. A new deposit is required to secure any new date. All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including cancellations, no-shows, dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences, or changes in availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance and are subject to availability and Company approval. The Company may reschedule services due to weather, illness, emergencies, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds shall be issued. If the assigned photographer or creative professional becomes unavailable due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the Company may assign a comparable replacement or reschedule without liability or refund. Clients must arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided; after which a $25 late fee applies. Late arrival does not extend service time. Arrival over 30 minutes late or failure to appear constitutes a no-show, and all payments are forfeited. Clients must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. The Company may terminate services immediately for unsafe, abusive, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conditions, without refund. The Company is not liable for failure or delay due to force majeure events, including acts of God, extreme weather, government actions, or emergencies. Services may be rescheduled when feasible. Waitlist placement does not guarantee availability. If a waitlisted booking is accepted, all standard terms apply. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, with exclusive jurisdiction in Tennessee courts.
